7:00PM – 7:30PM: The enVision Conference 2012—Purpose (Hannah Bell, Founder & Host)
The enVision Conference seeks to inspire, empower, and equip the next generation of leaders—men and women ages 18-29—to achieve their destiny, resulting in impacting communities, creating relationships, and changing the future. Every industry needs men and women who will answer the call, ready to leave an impact, which will change the world and leave a legacy for generations to come.
7:30PM – 8:00PM: Keynote Speaker (Mr. Nathan Macias, Lt. Col., USAF, Ret., TX State Rep., & Co-Founder/COO of EduNation, Inc.)
The keynote will seek to inspire the attendees, helping them understand their significance and the importance of their individual callings. He will motivate the attendees to overcome challenges and discuss how to persevere in the midst of obstacles, living with purpose, courage and dignity. Lastly, the keynote will impart the meaning of leading as a servant and commission the audience to leave a legacy.
8:45AM – 9:10AM: Inspirational Session – Go Big: Going After the Impossible (Cory Cotton)
What are the dreams you have in your heart to pursue? Whether you see these as big or small do not discount the fact that you can achieve them. The Go Big session will inspire you to keep dreaming and allow God to fulfill His great plans in and through your life. The session will give you input on how to pursue your dreams and enjoy the process.
9:10AM – 9:50AM: Workshop A - How to Determine Your Purpose (Joe Elliott & Elaina Bell)
Have you tried to determine where you are most talented and what industry or field to use your abilities? Have you questioned what to do when things do not seem to work out as you had planned? Workshop A will help you construct a road map for connecting your skills and passions to fit a need. It will also provide tips on how to persevere through obstacles, while remaining focused on your goals. Career/Personality Assessment: www.careertest.net
9:50AM-10:00AM: Break
During the break, individuals will have the opportunity to fellowship with their peers, talk with the speakers and visit the organizations in spotlight, industries in spotlight, and company interview tables.
10:00AM-10:25AM: Inspirational Session – The Values to Sustain Your Calling (Micah Cavanaugh)
Integrity, loyalty, commitment, diligence, and responsibility prove foundational principles that provide the bedrock off of which one pursues his/her purpose. The Values to Sustain Your Calling session will address the core values and character qualities needed to lead well.
10:25AM-10:45AM: Inspirational Session – No Boundaries: Overcoming Fear (Anna Carroll)
Has the uncertainty of the unknown kept you from starting something new? Have you tried to make decisions on a daily basis but hesitate because you might make the wrong decision or you are overwhelmed with too much information to make the right decision? The No Boundaries: Overcoming Fear session will address how fear tries to stop you from moving forward and how you can overcome this boundary.
10:45AM-11:10AM: Inspirational Session – Where to Start: Practical Steps (Luke Macias)
Now that you have received the challenge to dream big, developed a road map to connect your skills with your passions, reflected on the values for successful leadership, and addressed fear, you may ask where do I start? The Where to Start session will look at the practical steps that you can put in practice to get from point A to point B.
11:10AM-12:30PM: Think Tank Session (Organizations/Industries in Spotlight & Networking Lunch – Lunch provided)
The Think Tank session will provide attendees with the opportunity a) to learn and get involved with the non-profit organizations in spotlight and b) visit with the representatives of the various industries in spotlight to inquire about career related questions.
12:30PM-1:30PM: Workshop B -Preparing for a Successful Job Interview & Networking Etiquette (F. Lawrence Coleman)
Workshop B will help individuals learn how to leverage their experience, education, and energy in well-crafted responses that speak to the requirements of the job they seek. Armed with an insider’s insight into the perspective of the person behind the desk, types of interview questions they can expect, and how to frame successful responses, students gain the confidence that wows potential employers.
1:30PM-2:00PM: Panel – Education & Career Options
Traditional College & Career (Elaina Bell), Graduate School & Online Learning (Hannah Bell), Career without a College Degree (Edna Staudt), Career Prior to Attending College (Shelle Gregoire)
The Education & Career Options panel will provide different perspectives on pursuing education and career opportunities. These panelists will give insight on the following options: The traditional college route that leads into a career, the graduate studies route to specialize in a particular field, an online education, a career without a college background, and a job prior to attending college.
2:00PM-2:45PM: Breakout Session – Innovative Hub (Lead Facilitator: Caleb Macias)
A breakout session that provides the opportunity for the attendees to break up into peer groups and share their ideas. Peers will discuss and help develop the ideas that interest them with the possibility of taking the ideas beyond the Conference.
2:45PM-3:10PM: Inspirational Session – The Art of Social Media (Thomas Umstattd, Jr.)
The Art of Social Media session will inspire you to think about how to leverage technology in your present and future endeavors. During this time, attendees will learn how to leverage social media in a way that captures their passions and skills to meet a need and help change the world.
3:10pm-3:15pm: Break
During the break, individuals will have the opportunity to fellowship with their peers, talk with the speakers and visit the organizations in spotlight, industries in spotlight, and company interview tables.
3:15PM-3:45PM: Workshop C – More than Money: Keys to a Financially Confident Life (Maxwell Clark)
Discover that it’s not just money that makes a successful person. We will dive into the topics of your education, career, debt, and investing and how all of that impacts your financial security. But while money isn’t everything, it is something. 3:45PM-4:15PM: Inspirational Session – Servant Leadership (Joshua Haver)
The Servant Leadership session will address the servanthood aspect of functioning as a leader and how attendees can leave a legacy now and in the future. Attendees will receive encouragement to realize the potential that they have inside of them. Each individual, regardless of the circumstances and situations that they grew up in, carries the seeds of greatness within them. This session will commission you to realize, and then walk in, that greatness.
4:15PM-5:00PM: Closing Remarks & After Conference Fellowship (Music Guest: Ryan Proudfoot)
The After Conference Fellowship will provide the attendees, speakers, and volunteers the opportunity to fellowship. People can discuss Conference topics, talk about innovative initiatives further, provide feedback for future events, and get to know each other better.
Hannah Bell is The enVision Conference host, president of Hannah Bell Ministries, and author of Liberty’s Generation blog. She has a BBA in Entrepreneurship from St. Edward’s University and a M.A. in Government from the Robertson School of Government at Regent University.|

Micah Cavanaugh has three years experience in children’s ministry with a major non-profit ministry organization, traveling with them across the United States. His love for spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ has taken him around the world, to places like Moscow, Russia and Columbia, South America. He worked nearly two years as Purchasing Agent for a non profit organization in Chicago then on the sales and marketing team for a higher education company in San Antonio, TX. Micah’s passion is seeing the nation returned to its founding principles. He is avidly involved in and pursuing opportunities that will influence the political process. Right now he is working as a political consultant on several campaigns across the State of Texas.
Anna Carroll, Founder and Director of Lightforce International Ministries, passionately serves women and children who are involved in or are victims of exploitation and prostitution in Central America. Lightforce, initiated in 2009, is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to offering emotional, physical, and spiritual support to those who have lost all hope. “Every time I look these broken people in the eyes, I see a child of God – someone He loves without shame.”|

F. Lawrence Coleman brings a dynamic mix of expertise and various career perspectives to the consulting field from his experiences as an executive and entrepreneur. Skilled in developing interviewing competencies, he has provided guidance as a mentor on career preparedness and development for over 10 years. Mr. Coleman combines creativity, enthusiasm, and assertiveness with an expert learning methodology to empower the job seeker to produce a WOW moment.|

Caleb Macias is a firefighter in the San Antonio Fire Department. In 2009 he was the youngest fireman in the department at 20 years old. 3 and half years into his career he is beginning work on his degree in nursing. Caleb’s true passion is in providing both medical and spiritual care for those near and far. His other passions include photography, travel, playing his guitar and piano, and of course spending time with his family which include two of the best dogs a guy could ask for.

Maxwell Clark is a Financial Consultant with Aspect Wealth Management in San Antonio, TX. He recently graduated from Thomas Edison State College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance. Registered as an Investment Professional and licensed as an insurance agent, Max views the financial industry as a great medium for helping others not only articulate their goals, but also build a plan to achieve them. While Max enjoys the financial arena, he sees it as a stepping-stone on his way to fulfilling his passion. That passion is to inspire his peers to be the leaders of change in our world for good. Joshua Haver currently lives in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico with his wife, Esmeralda, and their two daughters, Ariella and Ketziah. He works with a missions organization (Victorious Christian Harvesters) and is the assistant director of the International Harvesters Institute, a ministry training center that is located in the Nuevo Laredo. The goal of this training center is to train up young people from across Latin America to impact their communities – with physical aid, social programs, and spiritual ministry.|

Heather Gardner is currently the Executive Director of the Austin Coalition for Life, an organization dedicated to helping women in crisis pregnancies find loving alternatives to abortion. Previously, she served as the Director of Communications for the Brazos Valley Coalition for Life in Bryan, Texas. Heather received degrees in Sociology and Vocal Performance at Texas A&M University. Heather’s service for the Austin Coalition for Life includes recruiting and training “Stand and Pray” volunteers and Sidewalk Counselors, coordinating church and community outreach, and interacting with the team of leaders who help coordinate the 40 Days for Life prayer campaigns. Over the last four years, Heather has trained hundreds of volunteers (locally and nationally) to be Sidewalk Counselors. She has also trained dozens of volunteers to be pregnancy resource center counselors. Heather spends regular time on the sidewalks outside abortion clinics reaching out to women and men, and praying for an end to abortion.
Lori DeVillez began her career serving women with unplanned pregnancies by volunteering at the local Women’s Resource/Pregnancy Center in Evansville, Indiana in 1992. On that initial day, Lori was handed the key to the center and left alone to administer a pregnancy test to her first client. 20 years later, Lori is now the executive director of the Austin Pregnancy Resource Center (APRC) near The University of Texas Austin campus in Austin, Texas, which has a student population of over 51,000.|
Judge Staudt was first elected in 1994 and is in her 5thterm of office. Her community involvement has included the National Day of Prayer, Williamson County Bail Bond Board, Austin Crisis Pregnancy Center (renamed Life Care PRC) Greater Williamson County YMCA, Safe & Drug Free School Committee, Central Texas Justice of the Peace & Constables Association, Agape Pregnancy Resource Center, Hope Connections Pregnancy Resource Center, Williamson County YMCA Teen Court, Justice Court Mentoring Program, and is a member of the Chamber of Commerce in Cedar Park, Leander, and Liberty Hill. She is also a member of the NRA, TSRA, and Leadership Circle of Texas Alliance for Life.|

Diann Cotton’s passion is to help women of all ages, find and fulfill their unique, God given purpose.|
Latonia Booth has over 20 years experience as a Corporate Event Manager. She has traveled extensively around the world as well as throughout the US managing medical conferences and tradeshows of all sizes. Latonia is also an Adjunct Faculty staff member at Austin Community College where she teaches classes under the Hospitality & Culinary Management program. She has an AAS in Meeting & Event Management and is a Certified Meeting Professional.
Dania Heffington is currently serving the city movement by working with ABBA (Austin Bridge Builders Alliance) as Assistant Executive Director. ABBA is a neutral entity that seeks to build strategic alliances, communicate what God is doing, facilitate transformational events, and connect people to serving in their area of passion. Prior to joining ABBA, Dania worked in the corporate world as an independent consultant helping small start up firms establish their compensation structures and HR policies. She is married to Mike Heffington, a 25 year employee at Dell Computer, and has twin daughters who are entering their senior year at Westlake High School. Dania believes that Jesus is the ultimate author and finisher of our faith and believes that all things do work together for good. As Corrie Ten Boom says – “Every experience God gives us, every person he puts in our life, is the the perfect preparation for the future that only He can see.”

Ryan Proudfoot believes there is power in the name of Jesus Christ. He considers it a blessing to be used for God’s Glory. Music is one of the avenues he uses to do this. The songs he writes are all reflective of Christ, and the journey he’s on walking with Him daily. Ryan desires to give people a glimpse of joy, peace, love, and hope for their future. His hope is that God can use his music to bless a few of you out there.
